Designed and developed a complete data analytics and AI solution to predict loan default risk and explain results using an AI-powered chatbot. Conducted full EDA, feature engineering, and trained classification models (Logistic Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost) to assess borrower risk. Built an interactive LangChain RAG chatbot integrated with OpenAI GPT-4 to answer business questions about model performance and customer insights. Delivered a Tableau dashboard and final report to support decision-making for credit analysts and business teams.
